With the start of the new year, the maintenance contract for housing-issued domestic appliances (e.g. refrigerators, washers, and dryers) transferred to PROTEC on Jan. 2, 2021. The move will significantly reduce wait times for responses and repairs. PROTEC will provide customers (on and off-post) with a repair appointment, eliminating the wait for a telephone call from the housing office to schedule a second appointment.
