Halloween trick or treating on the garrison takes place 5–8 p.m. Guests need to be added to the access roster by completing AE Form 190-16F and submitting it to the Installation Access Control Office no later than 4 p.m., Oct. 25.
Only two guests may be added to the access roster in addition to the four guests community members can sign-in at the gate. On Halloween, visitor sign-in will be suspended from 4–8 p.m. Patch Barracks’ Florida Strasse will be closed to vehicular traffic during trick or treat hours.
