Due to a leaky underground pipe near Bldg. 2914, Panzer Kaserne, the garrison’s maintenance contractor, Vectrus, advises that a portion of Capuzzoweg will be closed off for a projected two weeks, beginning Sept. 30. The section of road leading to the dental and veterinarian clinics and Patch Elementary School is immediately after the first traffic circle upon entering post.
The contractor should be putting up signage indicating whether or not traffic may continue around the pipe repair or if drivers will have to circle around using El Alamein Strasse to Harde Strasse, past the chapel. Further details will be announced as received.
