The Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division is seeking your help. Around September 1981, in the Pattonville Military Housing area near Stuttgart, Germany, a 12-year-old Black female victim reported being followed by an unidentified white male, 5,10″, 18 to 20 years old, with short hair, and two distinct moles on the left side of his face. The offender tackled, pinned down, strangled, and sexually assaulted the victim.

Im September 1981 meldete im Militärwohngebiet Pattonville bei Stuttgart, Deutschland, ein 12‑jähriges schwarzes Mädchen, dass sie von einem unbekannten weißen Mann verfolgt wurde.
Die Beschreibung des Täters:
- Größe: ca. 5 Fuß 10 Zoll (etwa 178 cm)
- Alter: 18 bis 20 Jahre
- Haare: kurz
- Besonderes Merkmal: zwei auffällige Muttermale auf der linken Gesichtshälfte
Der Täter riss die Jugendliche zu Boden, drückte sie nieder, würgte sie und beging eine sexuelle Nötigung.
Eine Zeichnung des Täters sowie eine mögliche Altersfortschrittsdarstellung liegen vor.
