How do I participate in the Army Family Housing Satisfaction Survey?

The annual Army Family Housing Tenant Satisfaction Survey for 2020 takes place between Dec. 2 to Jan. 15, 2021, for those living in Army privatized, government-owned or government-leased quarters.

A link to the survey will be sent via email to each household by the consulting firm administering the feedback collection, tabulation and analysis. Only one person per address will receive the invitation email.

Residents should contact the Army Housing Services Office if they have questions or need technical support, or if their household does not receive an email containing a survey link by Dec. 18.

Survey participation is voluntary and all respondent information will be kept confidential. Residents are encouraged to share their views about current housing, resident services and community amenities. Such feedback is important to help improve the quality of housing and customer care.

Results will help with near-term and future improvements to housing, resident services and community amenities. Defense officials said the perspectives of service members and families can help provide them with a better quality of life through improved housing and community services.

  • Each survey will remain open for responses for at least 45 days.
