More than 150 million vaccination doses administered in Germany in total
The pace of German vaccination efforts is not yet recovering after Christmas and New Year. According to the report, four out of five vaccine doses administered are booster vaccinations. (Ntv, January 4)

In absolute numbers these are 196,528 proven infections. In the previous week (week 51 from 20.-26.12.21), 192,428 infections were detected in significantly more samples taken.(Ntv, January 4)
Number of vacant ICU beds shrinks significantly
