New family in-processing schedule begins

UPDATE, Jan. 15, 2019

The new in-processing schedule for families kicked-off its first briefing at the chapel annex on Panzer Kaserne with more than 55 personnel, seven spouses and 12 children, Jan. 10.

Briefing topics included: Religious Support, Army Community Service, Exceptional Family Member Program, Family Advocacy Program, Military Family Life Counselors, Child & Youth Services, school liaison, Tricare, medical and dental, the veterinarian clinic, transportation, housing and more.

Briefing will be held Thursdays, 9 a.m.–4 p.m., and spouses and children are welcome to attend. Newcomers who have arrived recently and were previously unable to attend in-processing classes are also encouraged to attend. There is planning in progress to include childcare soon, so stay tuned the garrison news sites for updates.

Panzer Chapel

A new in-processing schedule for families will begin in the Panzer Chapel Annex, Jan. 10 (if number of people exceed the capacity, it’ll be conducted upstairs in the Panzer Chapel).

Spouses and children are welcome during family in-processing. Child care may not be set up due to current CYS resources. However, there is planning to include that service soon with the start date-to be determined.
