Walk-in flu shots now available

A report by the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control listed the previous spread of flu in Germany as stable, but sporadic. Hand washing is the number one way to prevent the transmission of germs and can help prevent the spread of influenza. Photo by Douglas DeMaio

The Army Health Clinic–Stuttgart began providing annual flu vaccinations as of Tuesday, Oct. 9. Community members don’t need to make an appointment; just walk in during normal hours to get your shot.

The clinic will also be open 9 a.m.–1 p.m. on special vaccination Saturdays, Oct. 20, Nov. 3 and Dec. 1.
