Leaders in the Stuttgart military community, including civilian from all branches of government are invited to attend and participate in Leadership Engagement Series events, scheduled every other month at 3 p.m. at the Patch Barracks Theater.
The series is an independently organized leadership discussion that seeks to tap into the plethora of senior military and civilian personnel in the community. The intent is to share and discuss information pertinent to leaders across the community.
2019 leadership events are scheduled as follows:
- May 14: Council of Colonels consisting of one representative from each service.
- July 16: General Officer one-on-one discussion
- September 17: Civilian leadership panel consisting of individuals from the DoD or other local organizations
- November 5: Day-long leadership symposium from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. followed by a social at the Backlot Bar on Patch Barracks. This event intends to use the momentum built from previous engagements to open up time slots to individuals or groups who believe they have something to contribute on the topic in a TED-style presentation.
